Caden's Class

I love to help out in Caden's class!  It's fun to see what he is working on and get to know all of his friends!:)

Ninja Turkey

Caden had an assignment to decorate a turkey to represent his family, and he wanted to make it look like a Ninja turtle.  I'm not sure how this represents our family, but it looks cool. :)

Crafty

I saw this pin on Pinterest of how to make a serving tray, and I just happened to be wanting one of those.  I had to make it, and  it turned out so cute!  The things in the middle are candlesticks from the dollar store, and I got the plates at Ikea.  I like it so much that I have to leave it out on the counter. :)

Mikey's Wedding

Mikey and Christina got married on Sunday November 9th.  The wedding was at a Catholic Church in Tempe and The reception was at Rustler's Rooste.  Everything turned out so great, and we all had fun getting dressed up and taking pictures.  Caden was the ring bearer, Max was the Bible bearer, and Madelyn was a flower girl.  Welcome to the family Christina!

The slide at Rustler's Roosre.  I remember going on it when I was a kid!

The photo booth was really fun!

Spelling Test

I just have to brag a little about Caden.  He had his first spelling test and got 100%.  He also got all of his phonograms and math problems right.  He is such a smart boy!

Field Trip

I was lucky to be one of 3 parents picked to go on Caden's first field trip to the Chandler Schools Central Kitchen.  We got to see how they made all of the school lunches for all of the schools in the Chandler School District.  Caden was especially excited that I got to ride the bus with him. :)

Happy Halloween!

Schnepf Farms

We had a blast going to Schnepf Farms.  We loved the spooky train ride, the hayride, the carnival rides, and the pillow bounce.

Mother Nature's Farm

We have a tradition of going to Mother Nature's Farm every year since we lived right next to it when we got married.  We rode on the hay ride, jumped in the bounce house, played in the hay bale maze, fed the animals, and Caden decorated a pumpkin.

This picture was at the hay bale maze, and it was Caden's favorite part.  There wasn't really anyone else at the maze, so we had fun timing each other to see who could make it through the fastest.  Caden also decided that it would be fun to play hide and seek in the maze.  It wasn't very tall, so we had to lay all the way down not to be seen.  Who knew that hay was so itchy?
