Happy Birthday Matt!

Matt turned 31 today! We celebrated yesterday with his family and then today with my family. I guess that he doesn't get to celebrate for a week like I usually do, but two days isn't bad! :)

Caden thought that was some yummy chocolate cake. (Notice the red eyes because he refused to take an afternoon nap today. Oh well, I guess that he will sleep well tonight!)

All Over the Place!

Caden loves walking with his walker, and when he use to run into the wall he would stand there and try to keep pushing it. I guess he realized that it wasn't working because today he just let go and started walking along the wall. This cute little boy loves to be on his feet, and he is going to be getting into everything soon!

10 Months Old!

My cute little baby is 10 months old! This month he started army crawling, and just the past few days he will actually crawl a little on his knees. He cruises around the furniture and he has gotten really good at walking with his walker. He keeps walking until he runs into a wall, and then he keeps pushing even though it doesn't go anywhere. He can also say mama and give high fives. He has even sat up by himself a few times. Caden is very busy these days and doesn't sit still for long. He still loves avocado, and he also likes string cheese and yogurt. We were also very excited that he got his bottom two teeth this month. We were worried that they would never come! Hopefully he will get more soon because he loves to eat anything that we are eating, but it's pretty hard to chew with hardly any teeth. We think that Caden is so adorable, and we get tons of comments everywhere that we go. Everyone just loves his mohawk! He is the best baby ever!

Everything is blooming and looks so pretty! I guess that I better enjoy it now because when it gets hot everything will die!

Texas

We went to Midland, Texas to visit Sarah, Steve, and Max. It was so good to see my sister and watch the boys play together.

We went to the park to feed the ducks. Caden liked the crackers just as much as the ducks!

Bart's Here!

Bart, Josefine, and Noah decided that it's time to move back to AZ! Bart got here about a week ago to find a job and get settled before Josefine and Noah get here. He is staying with us until they find a place of their own. He has already gotten hired at US Airways, but he probably isn't going to start working for a week or two. It's been fun having someone to hang out with during the day, and it helps with my diet since he is eating healthy too. We've done a little shopping and today I went apartment hunting with him. We found a couple of good places nearby, so hopefully they will end up living close to us. Bart got a new cell phone today (hence the picture), so now everyone can track him down a little easier.

Best Toy Ever!

I bought this music table at Toys R Us (buy one fisher price toy get one free!), and Caden loves it! I think that if I left him there he would spend all day walking around it and playing with all of the different things. (He's gotten pretty good at cruising and army crawling as a side note!) The only problem is that it's hard to hear the tv over the music! :)

Caden loves to hit Matt with the bat, and when Matt saw owww Caden laughs like crazy. It is so funny!

Coupons, Coupons, Coupons!

I decided to change my coupon organization from the accordion file to a binder. It was way more work then I anticipated, but I am happy with the result! Hopefully it will make my couponing much easier in the long run!

9 Months Stats

Caden went to the Dr for his 9 month well check up. He is 20 lbs 6 oz (45%), 28.5 in long (55%), and his head is 18.5 in (75%). He also had to get 2 shots today. He was really good and hardly cried at all.

Happy Easter!

Caden had a really good First Easter! First we went to Grandma Shobe's for yummy dinner then we went to Matt's dad's for more yummy dinner and an Easter egg hunt.

Look what the Easter bunny brought Caden! I couldn't get a good picture becasue he just wanted to play with everything!

Grandma Shobe gave Caden this huge stuffed chick. It is so cute. I think that it is almost as big as he is!
