Pajamas

Look at these cute pajamas that Caden got from his aunt Sarah. Matt said that they are bright enough to keep him up all night. Hmmmm . . . maybe that was the problem last night. That doesn't explain all of the other nights though!

Look What I Can Do!

I put Caden in his car seat yesterday, and when I went to pick it up look what he was doing. I'm pretty sure that he didn't do it on purpose, especially because he couldn't seem to let go, but he looked so cute! I'm sure that he will be grabbing things soon enough.

1 Month Old!

Caden had his 1 month doctor appointment yesterday. He is 9 lbs 8 oz (45%) and 21.5 inches (50%). I can't believe how fast that he is growing. He has already changed so much from the little baby that we brought home. He is awake and alert a lot more often now. He will follow objects with his eyes, and he especially likes to look at the fan moving and lights. He also likes to look at faces now, and the other day he even smiled at me when I was talking to him!

So Tired!

Since Caden is getting a little bit bigger (4 weeks old yesterday!), we are starting to go out more places. Today we picked up Sarah and Max for a little bit of fun. We enjoyed lunch at Red Robin then we went to Costco and Target. It was so cute having two babies in the back seat! While we were at Target Caden got hungry so I fed him a bottle while Sarah pushed the cart and pulled Caden's stroller. Then Max started getting a little cranky, and we found out why when he had a big poop. Then Caden started pooping, and we knew that it was time to go home! I'm still a little paranoid about germs, but it was nice to get out of the house. Hopefully Caden will be worn out enough to sleep a little tonight too!

Another Basketball Season Over!

Matt played basketball in the Gilbert city leauge with some friends. They started out with 6 people, someone got hurt, and they ended the season with only 5 people. Needless to say they all got lots of playing time. I'm sad that I missed out on the last few games, but they still managed to come in 2nd place without me there cheering them on.
